I wasn't sure we would be sharing a free article this week. My mother died the day after the last newsletter came out last week.  And I didn't think I could manage it to be honest.  But the gods saw to it that I came across an article I wrote years ago when my father died.  And the lesson on life that I learned through the experience.  The seed I think of how Kjrsos came into being. I hope you find something in this week's article that will make a difference for you in your life.

When we want to create change, when we want to make a difference, when we protest, we need to remember that “What you attend to, you become. Your essence is pliable, and ultimately, you become that which you most deeply focus your attention upon. You reap what you sow, so choose your actions carefully. If you constantly engage in battles, you become embattled yourself. If you constantly give love, you become love itself.”

There is a difference in what you create, by how you try to effect change.
