An opportunity to continue the Kjrsos tradition of giving back to the community while at the same time an opportunity to practice how to share knowledge with others while receiving feedback from your own Kjrsos Guide.  We all are mentoring each other, every step of the way. Together as a community we all learn together, the blessing of learning from each other. Just remember that the gift of teaching is that we often learn more than those we are supposedly teaching.

The horses are looking for messengers, teachers, friends to help them share what is in them to share.  To share their voice, the insights, the revelations.

To teach, to mentor another, to be there to help every step of the way is a unique gift that you give to the world and yet, it is us who are so incredibly blessed.  Knowing you have made a difference, knowing that you have been there to help another in real ways dedicating yourself to bringing insight, joy, support, inspiration, new discoveries, while watching a new relationship emerging between these two different spirits, horse and human delights the soul. As teachers, mentors we are blessed every day, we are the ones who get to see the joy, to share in a moment that you helped bring to life. You will be the difference in the lives of others.

Mentoring is a commitment.  Not to be undertaken lightly.  Teaching at Kjrsos is not about walking in teaching for 45 minutes or an hour and then walking out again.  Mentoring means to be a friend.  Mentoring means to be a support system that works outside of the lesson time, searching for answers, for the right answers, and sometimes for the right questions.  It is to be there as an emotional support, as riders struggle through concepts that challenge them, open themselves up to new possibilities. We have to care

Everyone deserves a champion.  To be that champion is a gift to both of you. To the one that is championed and the one that is the champion.
