Courses are sorted into Fields of Study taking us deeper into each subject.
Think of a Field of Study as working towards Graduate Work
Courses are designated as LEVEL ONE, LEVEL TWO OR LEVEL THREE
So, you could end up with Fields of Study that cross all 3 Levels
Each level speaking to the degree of awareness, knowledge and depth of study that has gone into our education.
LEVEL ONE - Giving you the private one on one work to build a new foundation
The introduction, getting ready for the commitment of Level Two. Preparation for the necessary foundation that prepares us for a new beginning. A foundation that ensures that you can find success in what follows. One that leads to a different kind of relationship with our horses. One that prepares those who would love to teach and support others while finding out more about the horses and themselves first.
LEVEL TWO - Here we learn together raising the work to entirely new level
Level Two transitioning teachers and facilitators. with preference given to those committed as Kjrsos Guides. Here is where we go deep on the connections found when riding if that is your path or preparing those who are looking to have even more effective mindfulness programs. No matter what your path with the horses, we are here to ensure that the work that you do is even more powerful. Discovering how to become an even more powerful and effective Equine Facilitator.
LEVEL THREE - For the teachers of teachers and for those who want to explore further.
Who want to find answers to questions not yet answered.
Who welcome the opportunity to work in our Discovery Program
Level 1 Our emphasis on creating your experience.
Level 2 Your work as an Equine Facilitator/Teacher
Level 3 Mentoring the teachers and facilitators while exploring new possibilities.
There are two pathways to explore
There are two pathways, both requiring attention, yet offering different possibilities in what you help facilitate.
Each addressing the potential in one half of the centaur.
Human Potential and Equine Potential equally addressed.
The first pathway is us working on us. The second is discovering more about the horses.
While interrelated and each has much to share one with the other, they can also be subdivided and recombined in various ways to reflect the truth of what you are trying to create. Our task here at Kjrsos is to cover the full spectrum so you gain awareness of the different possibilities. Just a word to the wise including how surprisingly they are often pathways to the same end.

Exploring different pathways, through different Fields of Study you explore how to combine them in different ways. Helping you create something spectacular that supports the work that you are here to do, whether that is on or off the horse but always working on awareness and connections.
You might work with the direct connection that the physical connection that riding offers, where others ready to prepare a program for those who appreciate how unique and powerful the horse is as a facilitator in developing our awareness and connections. An opportunity to explore the mindfulness courses that are the foundation of building the base that makes the rest possible.
Yet no matter which path we always start with working on ourselves first and learning what relationship we can have with our horses. This has to be the beginning.
LEVEL ONE
Level 1
The preparation.
Things we should know long before we consider getting on the back of the horse or even approach him. Whether we want to ride or think to teach a mindfulness program. Classes on communication, healthy movement, working on 'our' evolution so that we can create a new first beginning. A beginning far different than before.
Learning how to begin to use the tools of awareness built into the horse so that we can begin or continue on our own journey.
Of all the levels this is the most important and, in a way, holds all the secrets, holds all the answers.
The answers found in the next two levels needing to be found through awareness, through the foundation we build here first.
And if there is a secret ingredient to why you will find success here beyond your imagining, this is where you find will the beginning of it.

Level 3 The Exploration
Here we explore together through the Discovery Program, challenging everything!
Asking questions, looking for answers, delving deeply, researching everything so we can add to the knowledge that is being created here between all of us, including with the horses.
We go deep into all aspects including going deep on the masters of the past and the present., This is us evaluating everything, looking for questions so that answers can be found. So that we can learn more, understand better, as we embrace living a life of discovery.

A level for those interested in teaching the teachers.
Supporting/Mentoring others, supporting them to become the facilitators and teachers they want/need to become.
The Kjrsos Guide supports, inspires, help others who want to run their own programs.
Level 3
Magazine Mondays,
Discovery Tuesdays
and Breakthrough Thursdays.
When you pass Level 1 and are Ready for Level 2 we have three opportunities each week. Starting with Magazine Mondays a weekly podcast where we explore, answer questions or expand on a current, past or future article from the Kjrsos Magazine.
Breakthrough Thursdays working on us. Exploring different ways to be more effective, learning how to inspire and reach others, exploring our own psyche and what we might be hiding even from ourselves. Sharing our breakthroughs with others so they can find their own inspiration in the work.
When you pass Level 2 and ready for Level 3 we have DISCOVERY TUESDAYS for our advanced Kjrsos Facilitators and Instructors .
Each set of classes another step to help us gain another level of awareness, new thoughts to ponder, begin the process of looking for other possibilities. Introductions intended to help you begin to figure out what your path will be.
