Yes, to read our terms and conditions, we can come across as pretty cranky. Don't do this. Don't do that. Things like don't link to us without permission which might seem a little ridiculous. I mean how is anybody supposed to find us then, if people don't share what they love with others??? And considering what we've said under our Privacy Policies not to post anything that you don't want us to share. To be aware that we are always recording everything, looking to share the best in our ongoing journey to share what life and the horses have shared with us! It probably seems pretty harsh the way we come across.
Just know this is just the legalize to give us a leg to stand on for those that work with malicious purposes. Never meant to dissuade you from sharing what is here, to help promote the purpose and the work behind what we are working together here on. We want you to share. We're happy that you are. If you want to print off articles from our magazine and leave them lying around the barn, thinking maybe it might help someone who is not ready to listen, but who might just at least take the time to read, and maybe a seed is planted. Please do so!
Leave one of our books as they get written lying around for others to read and pass on. That would be amazing. You want to go to your next lesson as an instructor and, week to week, repeat or share the lessons that are here. Wonderful. That is why we are here.
We are here to create learning opportunities, resources, and support for all of those who are trying to make a difference in the lives of others.
This site is different than many others. Not here to promote a single instructor or service. But here to promote all of you. To support you in the work that you do. In every possible way that we can. And unfortunately and sadly that keeps us so busy, we don't have time to do our favourite thing which is step into an arena with horse and rider or onto the path of a forest with a group eager to experience and enjoy what can happen in that moment. The world is huge, we see our job to help those who are going to do the work. Pass on what they find here. Knowing what they find here, will be in great part what they have contributed to as well.
So onwards to the Legalize and the Cranky Parts if you Care to Read The Rest of This

Privacy: Let's Make This Simple
Reading Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies can be long, exhausting and boring, so here is the simplified version!
Being part of this community is to know that we are all contributing so that we can all grow, help others and become better horse people, become a better person, create a better world. That is why we are here. To create a better world. If you post what can help others you will find yourself quoted, copied online, in print, in the magazine, in the courses and possibly in a book or two or possibly even in a video or two, maybe even on YouTube. Nothing is sacred. Your information is used to confirm that you have given us your permission to host, distribute and use your input and material free of copyright restrictions including on site in our continued efforts on behalf of the horse as per our Terms and Conditions, as well as your permission to contact you through the contact information provided including our newsletter/newsletters.
**Don't post, comment, share, what you don't want copied and used to help promote the work that we do or add to the programs , or material that we offer.**
"Obviously, by signing up to this website and agreeing to the Privacy Policy, you are agreeing to this website storing your information. Why else would you be filling this out right now? But they make us say that anyway. They want us to ask your permission regarding the newsletter, but how else do we let you know what is going on? But email us if you don't want to get it anymore.
Obviously, we won't share your personal information. That's yours. Your private information.
So think of this as an Anti-Privacy Privacy Policy. Don't post or say what you don't want shared, period.
Simple enough, we hope.
Your information is used to confirm that you have given us your permission to host, distribute and use your input and material free of copyright restrictions including on-site and off in our continued efforts on behalf of the horse as per our Terms and Conditions, as well as your permission to contact you through the contact information provided including our newsletter. Please note that your contact information will be kept on file as necessary to confirm your permission for your input and any material shared while engaged on the site.
