Think of this like a university course where we cover in-depth diverse subjects crossing a great range of subjects that you probably wouldn't suspect would be important. Subjects such as psychology, our relationship with nature, communication, how our brains work, effective teaching, marketing and lots more.

Our emphasis on education and supporting amazing instructors, guides, facilitators,  dedicating themselves with the help of the horses to discovering and leading for a better future for all of us. Building something wonderful that will continue on in the generations that follow.

We have created a monthly subscription for the tuition fees to all of our courses rather than charging for a full term or full year of classes to give you endless flexibility. 

Want to take the summer off, or maybe budget for two months of classes for just right now.  Take off as much time as you need and come back when it is right for you. Pick up where you left off.  We've worked hard to make all of that a possibility. 

Also excellent if you want to step up and upgrade and get extra support, because now you can change your plan instantly at any time. 

With the added bonus we do not need to worry about guarantees and returns! Your subscription is in your hands always!

A recurring subscription is a subscription that automatically keeps renewing over a designated time frame.  That time frame can be daily, weekly, monthly or even yearly. In this case our class subscription is set up monthly.

Your subscription continues to be taken out of your account until you pause, cancel or upgrade your subscription.

Always good to make sure to keep track of all of your recurring subscriptions no matter to who they are to, to make sure you are currently getting service and don't need to cancel a service that is no longer in existence. Life happens and sadly that means none of us can guarantee what will happen next including us. We might have bitten off more than we can chew, or the resources needed to continue may just not be there. Please remember it is up to you to keep track of your subscription. 

The benefit of a monthly subscription option for the tuition fees is that is something we don't need to worry about.  So, you are always protected as long as you keep track of your subscription and cancel if for some reason the classes become unavailable.

There are no guarantees here other than that we will look to continue to grow and evolve.  That together this will be an amazing experience.

But what is here might be gone tomorrow because things changed this moment, and we learned something new. Realized something that we didn't know before.

Because we are constantly evolving, asking questions, and looking for new possibilities, which means that we expect things to change. As you are about to discover.

Something we are looking to provide in the future.  But we want to be careful as we know how the whole is important.  To only take one small part provides you with no guarantee that it will work without the rest. Can possibly even damage.

Please note that we are planning occasionally but rarely to offer clinics. Some live, some online, where we might do an intensive on a particular course or study.

Important to us as you step through the different courses no matter when you join, you get to spend time in the same classes with everyone else.  Fantastic to be going through the same thing at the same time .  Powerful when we can share questions or share our own experiences.  We always learn best when we can learn together. 

In an evergreen program we can offer you that. It doesn't matter when you join, you can start right away and be in the same class as everyone else and get going right away!

Creating an evergreen program is not easy.  And it has caused us a lot of extra work and more than a few headaches. It also meant we had to come with some proprietary software programming to make this work.  We won't bore you with the details.  

From your end what you will see is that each week a new class comes out in the latest course you are taking.  And the one from the week before disappears. But don't worry it will come around again.  Eventually.  As we reach the last lesson on the current course we start back at the beginning.  So eventually we will circle back to  wherever you began.  And if you like, you can go through it more than once!  Your choice always!

lol No that doesn't mean you are stuck in one course forever.  Although I get why you would think so!  

When you're ready we have a little magic waiting that let's you port to the next course instantly.  This way ​you are in control of your own destiny.

We will send you all the information that you need to start as soon as you register.  To make sure there is no problem with your subscription make sure you look for our email response.  Double check your junk folder if you haven't seen it yet.

Please note that bouncing emails will have their accounts put on hold or deleted as we get penalized if we send emails to email accounts that are not activated.

Since at this time this is how we will keep in touch, inform you of the next class, podcast, magazine, or remind you of our next surprise for you, you might want to make sure that we have the email address that you are sure to check on a regular basis.  We would hate for you to miss anything!

As you might have noticed we have different options for you to access the classes at different price points.  And you might be asking why?  

We were challenged on wanting to help as many as we could, people with very different resources. 

And this is our way of trying to do that.

User experience and your feedback will let us know what adjustments we need to consider as we see if these options as presented are providing the value that we hope for, or if changes will need to be considered in the future.

Please let us know always, how we can do better.

Because we want to convince those that need to be teaching to consider the possibility.

As experience has shown us that those that could be the best teachers are not teaching.

The best teacher is humble with an open heart and an open mind. Always thinking themselves the student and never the teacher. 

 So then they think they don't know enough, never thinking they should be the one out there teaching.

We falsely think that to teach is only for those who have shown, won ribbons, competed at a high level.  Not realizing what you learn today, you can teach right away.  Anything that is true tomorrow is no less true today. More years and more ribbons won't make it more true.

There is so much else that is so much more important in what is possible here with the horses that others haven't even begun to work through. Not seeing what they are missing. So we know that there are horses and people out there that need you now, not later.

So this is another reason for the options.  Hoping we can convince those that should be teaching, that they can.  And to let them know we will be here to help them every step of the way.

Now.  Now?   Yes. 

Now is good.

We assume that many here will have already come to understand that this is what they were always meant to do and are already in the business.

We are not about to tell you to stop teaching.  That would be ludicrous.

The hope that what you find here takes what you are already doing and helps you take it to the next level.  Give new direction and new ideas to help those that you serve and help.

Sometimes live where we take the time to answer as many questions as we can. Work on becoming the teachers and facilitators that can bring something extraordinary to those that they serve.

You never know which questions from which courses from Level 1 we will get into a discussion on!  

Getting together live is always more powerful.  But if you can't be there at a specific time, as with all our classes we keep the podcasts available for a whole week.  You pick when is best for your schedule to participate.

Lucky you!  You are about to discover the real answers that are going to make a phenomenal difference in your riding or helping others with their riding.  And we've introduced some important parts here in Level 1 including studying movement of the horse.  But at this stage it is about movement without the rider.

I know if you are just starting that is hard to understand.  But maybe think of it this way what is the one single most important thing that you can bring to your riding?

We would challenge is how sensitive you are to what is happening between you & your horse. 

Now ask yourself how do you teach that to someone?

That is the question that is driving us.

This first level is about you and us trying to help you find the success that you have been looking for so that you can share that with others.  So much to learn and maybe unlearn before we try to challenge ourselves with adding in the riding in Level 2.

We only pass through and accredit those that have shown an outstanding understanding of the work at hand at each step along the way. We expect full competency. 

But as strange as it might sound, how you pass is up to you.  We give you the freedom to show us your understanding your way.  

Share your brilliance in a well-thought out essay, send a video of yourself teaching lessons and passing on what you learned.  Be creative, find a way that works best for you.  Surprise us.  Delight us.  Have fun!

Think of it this way, it means getting 100% in every class. 

Not in a test or an exam but in your understanding of the work at hand.

In schools everywhere we accept students who do not fully understand this level or grade and pass them on to the next grade knowing that they don't have full competency.  That they don't fully understand the material at this level.

So how well do we expect them do when we ask them to learn something new that needs what they should already know that they were supposed to learn last year?  And then what happens when we do the same year after year?

We are not saying you have to be able to do everything but you have to understand it.   You have to know the why's, the how's, the pro's, the con's.  

While we invite everyone to come and join us in Level 1 it is with the hope that many will be attracted to the idea of learning how to become a Kjrsos Guide.

That after all is the why, the how and the what of our existence.  

Here to create the next generation of instructors and facilitators interested in learning from and through the horses and helping others find success not just with the horses but in their lives.

Just remember all our classes are designed in creating that next generation of teachers and guides.  And more importantly a course where we work towards developing a program to support those that want to do more than teach, having the skills, awareness and knowledge to teach the teachers. A different focus.
